This one was a doozy. Background: The seller called from a mailer piece, based in Texas and was selling his parents' home in Southwest Philadelphia. I worked the deal from February 2020 til close January 2021. What took so long you ask? Mainly Covid and parents passing and the legal paperwork involved in that. Overall, I’m proud to have converted a .55 cent mailer into a $95,000 sale and to have successfully closed it. Much appreciative to this profession that allows me to use my marketing degree to influence and inspire action from my community.
